Does SSAAP have to file an e-postcard 990-N?

Our organisation, SSAAP, has already filed its 990-EZ for 2023. I just received a letter in the mail that confused me, stating that SSAAP might need to file a 990-N if it grosses less than $50,000 per year. Every year, we gross a different amount. Some years, it is over $50,000; other years, it is less than $50,000. SSAAP needs assistance in discerning whether we can continue filling out the 990-EZ or if we also need to be filling out the 990-N.

We also work with food sustainability and nutrition through simple irrigation systems (Water Reticulation Systems) so that people can grow food year-round. We are a small organisation, committed to serving the needs of the local people through basic human needs: water and food!
